Terms of Use
By installing or using the MiraCycle Android application (the “app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.
1. What MiraCycle is — and is not
MiraCycle is a wellness and lifestyle tool to help you track your menstrual cycle, symptoms and fertility-related events. The app provides estimates and predictions based on the data you enter; these are not medical advice and must not be relied upon as the sole basis of any health, contraception, conception or treatment decision. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions.
2. Predictions are estimates
Period, fertile window, and ovulation predictions improve with the data you log, but no algorithm can predict a biological cycle with certainty. MiraCycle is not a substitute for clinical care, and it must not be used as a contraceptive method.
3. Your data is yours
MiraCycle stores your data locally on your device. If you enable backup, the data is stored in your own Google Drive under your account. You can export or delete your data at any time from the app's Settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
4. Free and Premium
Daily tracking is free, with no advertising. Premium features (such as the full TTC suite, IVF planning, advanced analytics, and unlimited history) are available via one-time purchase or subscription as offered in the Google Play Store. Pricing, billing, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under their terms.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable law.
- Do not use the app to harm yourself or others, or in any way that breaches applicable laws.
6. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MiraCycle and its publishers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the app. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for Premium (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the “Last updated” date above and surface the change in the app before it takes effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in another EU/EEA country, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
